Who created this media message? Why?
Apple created this ad. to sell their mp3 product ipod.

Who is the target audience? What text, images or sounds suggest this?
The target audience is from teenage to elder, any trendy person who likes music. The ad. use very tendy color, with a simple of white shadow on a trendy looking female. I think the ad. change to not have too much definition of the age range of the product, that' s why it's only show a shadow of a figure, so that face is hidden.

What is the text (literal meaning) of the message?
(This a Whole New World) is the slogan of the ad. it is trying to tell the audience that with this ipod, you will live in a trendy whole new world.

as long as you trendy, your the target audience of the product, since the model in the photo didn't show face, we can't tell if she is a teenager or a elder.

The bright contrast of the color and the simple active shape of the human figure speck for itself that it is all about urban trendy cool.
